My love for small business owners started before I could fully articulate it. I grew up watching my father build a dry cleaning business from the ground up — pouring everything he had into it, year after year. I saw firsthand what it takes to build something from nothing, and how all-consuming it can be, for better and for worse.
Working in that business as I grew older gave me something no classroom could — a real understanding of what it feels like to be the person responsible for it all. The weight of it. The pride of it. The worry that doesn't clock out when the doors close.
That experience is why I started Stewardship Consulting LLC. I want every small business owner to be successful and to love the business they have built or are building. They have enough to worry about. My job is to take the financial piece off their plate — to bring clarity where there was confusion, structure where there was chaos, and confidence where there was anxiety.
